September

School Bus

It's happening.

I
pulled out a pad and made a list tonight.

I
then opened my day timer, put in the pages for 2014 and started (with a pencil)
filling in all of our family's fall activity commitments.

That
I'm-busy-and-I'm-going-to start-forgetting-stuff anxiety is back squirming in
the pit of my stomach.

Which
means?

It's
September.

Routines are back.

Sigh.

Good-bye lazy
summer days.

I
will really, really, really, REALLY miss you.

A
lot.

Really.

  1. I can so identify with this post. Mine are all grown now, but I was always a little baffled by the people who were excited to have the kids go back to school. Them being in school always seemed like way more work to me. 😉
