Where have you been?

Yes, I know I haven't been around much. I've been here (p. 96) and uh, here too.

And when I haven't been writing I've been trying to stay on top of all the other stuff that comes with parenting three active kids.

So, things have been busy and the more I've been writing the more I'm finding that things at the house have been falling a little off the tracks.

Yes, the place is a mess.

So, today in the interest of getting things back on track I made a list of what I need to get done.

My list is long.

I am now sorta tired and a little depressed too.

But the sun is out so I have decided to ignore my list and go outside and dig in my garden for a while.

And just to make this whole digging thing legit I'm going to put gardening on the list.

And while I'm at it, I think I'm going to put, 'sit in the sun and drink some wine' on my list too.

Good thinking, right?

  1. I read your article on bickering. It sounds like a lot of work. Can I just send them over to your house? You can put them to work and get them to complete the other chores on your list (leaving you more time for gardening and sitting in the sun).

  2. Linked over to your article. Well written! Do you think it is coincidence or intended that there is a big add running for a no needle vasectomy clinic right underneath your article on children bickering???Lol that would have been the best way to solve it. I can picture a stressed first time mom reading your article and then seeing the add below, potential solution? I think so…..
