Oh my goodness.
Okay, this is the Michelin Man.
And yes, when I go outside today this is sorta what I look like, only I have black boots and my blue scarf doesn't go down to my waist. No, I will not be posting any pictures of myself. It's not my best look.
-40F is the same as -40C. It's the only time they're the same. And yes, in Canada we use degrees Celsius not Fahrenheit. I think it's only the USA who still uses Fahrenheit and uh, Belize. And no, I have no idea why the USA is different from the rest of the world.
Yes, -30C/-22F is cold. And no, we don't cancel school here when it gets that cold, and yes, the kids do go out for recess.
No, my teen daughter didn't wear the ugly pants or the tights to school in the cold. She did however agree to pull on track pants under her skirt for the drive there.
If you have no idea what this post is about, I'm trying to save some time by mass answering the questions generated by my previous two posts. I'm getting a lot of questions e-mailed to me recently - I'm obviously not being very clear. Sorry.
Oh, and a tea towel is the cloth thingy you dry dishes with. Do you not call them that in the western States? Hmmm, maybe you call them dish towels instead? I don't honestly know.
Feel free to e-mail me with any more questions. I like feeling helpful.
